CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR K05-TS / K06-TS

In case it is necessary to clean the inside of the blower, proceed
as follows:
1. Remove #183 and #184 foots through the extraction of
#920 4 x screws.
2. Remove in order #915 and #902.2 screws placed on #162
cover.
3. Remove #162 cover by using the two holes between #103
intermediate housing and #162 cover.
4. Remove the #900 screw and #365 washer.
5. Remove the #360 bearing cover and extract the #321
bearing using a bearing puller.
6. Remove the #231 impeller if necessary using a puller and
remove the #940 key.
7. Remove the #902.1 screws on the #104 intermediate cover.
8. Remove the #103 and #104 and place them together, by
using the two holes between #104 intermediate cover and
#161 housing.
9. Remove the #934 spacer.
10. Remove the #935 shims-be careful not to misplace.
11. Remove the #230 impeller if necessary using a puller and
remove the #940 key.

12. Clean and reassemble in reverse order.
If needed, reconstruct #423 seal using Loctite 598 or similar,
after cleaning the sealing surfaces of any existing sealant.
It's important not to reverse the position of the #230 and
#231 impellers.
3.2.1 REPLACEMENT
FOR K05-TS / K06-TS
If needed, replace the foam sound-absorbing panels, proceed as
follows:
1. Remove #723 flange and #426 O-Ring by removing #908
screws.
2. Remove #906 screws.
3. Take away the #700 silencers from the unit, being careful
not to lose the #422 gaskets.
4. Extract the #720 panels from the silencer housings.
5. Clean up the #710 retaining screen.
6. Replace and reassemble proceeding in reverse order,
remembering to include the #422 gaskets.
If needed, reconstruct #425 seal using Loctite 598 or similar,
after cleaning the sealing surfaces of any existing sealant.
