3. Assemble the main tube and plunger.
NOTE: When putting the plunger back
into the main tube, make sure
the O-rings do not twist or cut.
4. Pack a small amount of petroleum jelly
thoroughly around and between the O-ring
and inside the seal.

5. Assemble the fill valve assembly.
6. Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the tip
of the roller arm and bearing surfaces.

7. Place the seal on the end of the roller arm in
the proper direction.
8. Assemble the roller arm, core, sleeve, and
cover.

1. To assemble the roller arm, push the end
cap (1) firmly into the roller cover (2).
2. Slide the distribution tube (3) onto the
plastic roller core (4).
3. Slide the roller cover/end cap assembly (5)
over the plastic roller core/distribution tube
assembly (6) and turn this assembly by
hand to thread it onto the end cap.
4. While holding the protruding end of the
roller core with one hand, tighten the end
cap securely with a screwdriver (Fig. 2).
5. Slide this assembly (7) onto the roller arm
(8) until it locks into place with the locking
tab (9).
