Air filter

The chiller is equipped with G2 filters at the fan intakes. When they are dirty it is necessary to replace
them. To do this, remove the fan guard and replace the filters. Raise the filter frames, until they are in the
highest possible position. The filter can then be taken out of its base and removed. To install, repeat the
operation in reverse.

Replacing the fan

Warning: never remove the cover grid of the machine when in operation. Risk of failure or electric
shock on automatic reboot of the fans.
1. Turn off the power and disconnect the chiller.
2. Remove the hood/grille
3. Open the terminal box on the back of the fan, disconnect the cables and unscrew the
cable glands
4. Remove the 4 nuts of the fan and remove the fan + support.
5. Replace the fan
