MULTI-IMPACT PROTECTOR

• VAUDE protector backpacks with SAS-TEC protec-
tors offer unique advantages in terms of safety and
comfort:
• Multi-impact capable: the protector does not nec-
essarily need to be replaced after a fall. The protec-
tor must be replaced after a maximum service life
of 5 years from its first use.
• Maximum safety: tested and certified by TÜV Süd.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Before each use, check the backpack for wear or
damage to the straps, seams and the back protec-
tor.
• Carrying pointed or sharp objects can impair pro-
tective functionality and damage the protector.
• Glass bottles and pressurized containers as well as
flammable or corrosive liquids can negatively affect
protection. We advise against carrying these items.
• All straps, clasps and buckles must be firmly closed
during use.
• The back protector can only provide optimum pro-
tection if it is in the correct position and has not
slipped upward or downward. To ensure this, the
hipbelt and sternum strap must be closed so that
they fit snugly against your body (see section "Sus-
pension System Adjustment and Fine-tuning").
• The backpack comes in one size, please note the
corresponding size recommendations (see section
"Torso Lengths and Protector Sizes").
