Remedy
S Check the application parameters.
S Make sure that the diference in pressure
between the input (connection P) and the
output (connection A) exists permanently.
S Remove the sealing material in front of the
exhaust hole.
S Return the diaphragm valve to
Festo AG & Co. KG.
S Check that the solenoid coil is functioning
correctly and, if necessary, replace it.
S Select valves and tubng diameter not too
small.
S Insert a bypass for switching steps.
S Switch off the pump before interrupting the
flow.
S Insert a piston valve with closing time
regulaton.
