CHARGING
• You can charge the battery while it is connected to the device or separately
from the device.
• Charge the battery for at least 3 hours before using the device for the
first time.
• The battery is fully charged when the LCD indicator ring at the lower end of
the battery / handle lights up green
• The LCD indicator ring changes color to indicate the battery status:
Amount [%]
100%
40-99%
10-39%
0-9%
• The average operating time is between 3-5 hours (varies with the speed
levels used)

USE OF THE MASSAGE DEVICE
1. To switch on the device, slide the switch at the bottom of the handle to „ON"
2. Press Start / Pause to start the massage.
3. Choose a massage mode:
Press the massage mode button to switch between 3 modes (constant speed, variable speed, increasing
speed)
4. Choose your desired speed:
Press the +/- button to switch between 5 speeds.
5. At the desired speed, slide the head of the massage attachment over a muscle group. Apply as much
pressure as you need.
6. The device switches off automatically after 20 minutes continuous use. To protect it, leave the massager
turned off for 10 minutes before using it again.
7. To switch off, slide the power switch to the „OFF" position.

REMOVING AND REPLACING THE MASSAGE ATTACHMENT
1. Slide the power switch to the „OFF" position
2. Hold the inserted attachment and pull firmly on the attachment to pull it out.
3. Insert the new attachment with the handle into the device. Make sure that the slightly raised notch on the
attachment is aligned with the groove on the device opening.
4. Press the attachment firmly in place to secure it.
