Rollie™ Burger dog
Ingredients:
½ lb ground beef- suggested 20% fat content
Pinch of cumin to taste
Salt and pepper to your taste
½ cup chopped onion
Pinch of parsley to your taste
Instructions:
Spray the Rollie™ cooking chamber with non-stick oil spray.
Mix ingredients in a medium size bowl. Start by shaping a meatball in your
hands, and then roll the ball into a tube shape.
Insert the rolled burger into the cooking chamber, use the supplied packer and
pack down the burger gently.
Only fill half of the cooking chamber with the rolled burger, as juices from fat will
fill some of the remaining space.
It is suggested to insert wooden skewer half way through the burger for easy
removal.
Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes, and pour the product out.
Note: Cook 6 minutes for medium and pink inside, 7-8 minutes for well done.
Chocolate Banana Rollie™
Ingredients:
1 piece crescent roll dough
3-4 thin cut slices banana
(May also add strawberries cut into thin slices)
1 tablespoon Nutella
Instructions:
Spray the Rollie™ cooking chamber with non-stick oil spray.
Lay the crescent dough on a flat surface.
Spread the Nutella on one side of the dough and layer with sliced banana.
Roll the dough starting from the larger end to smaller end, folding both sides
over to close ends. Roll very thin in hands to fit in Rollie™ Eggmaster and place
in the cooking chamber.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes, at this time the product may normally rise
out of the cooking chamber; otherwise you may pour the product out.
* For a crispier finish, turn the roll upside down and place back in the Rollie™
Eggmaster for about 2 minutes.
Note: Make sure dough is refrigerated and do not let sit out.
