OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT

1. The compressor is controlled by a pressure switch during normal
operation. It can be stopped automatically when pressure rises to
the max and restart when it decreases back to the minimum. The
rated pressure has been optimized during production. Don't change
it without the proper care. As soon as the motor is switched off, the
compressed air in the discharge pipe should be released through
the release valve under the switch. This is the necessary condition
for restart, or the motor will be damaged. The rated pressure can be
adjusted by turning the adjusting bolt of the switch. (Fig.3)
2. The output pressure of compressed air can be adjusted by the
regulating valve. Pull up the knob of regulation valve and turn it
clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease the pressure.
3. Adjust the output pressure only while the unit is powered down.
Adjustments during operation can cause damage to the unit.
