PROBABLE CAUSES
The device is unplugged.

Wrong command.

filtered water tank is insufficient,

Plug in or reconnect the
power cord.

The device is on an
overheating alarm.
•
The water level the
internal filtered water tank
is insufficient, symbol filtering
in progress is flashing.
SOLUTIONS
Check the correct condition
of the power outlet and its
correct connection.
•
Press the button again.
•
If the filling in progress symbol
flashes on the display interface,
remove the water intake tank,
drain the residual water
and fill the tank.
•
Check again once the filtering
is complete.
Drain a small amount of water
at room temperature, then
use hot water.
•
Make a small
amount of water flow at room
temperature several times,
then use hot water.
•
Wait until the blinking of
the filtering in progress symbol,
then use hot water
