Installation (without display)
1.
Mount the DCP in the machine room
2.
Wire the CAN terminal in the DCP and ensure there is a spare twisted pair down
the trailing flex to connect to the Navigation Box

Go to the elevator and take it to the bottom floor of the installation
4.
Power on the Gateway and check Navigation Box has powered up. You can tell if
the Navigation box has power if the LED on the side of the box is flashing, if the
LED fails to flash then the battery has run out and will require charging. If charging
is required use 4-core wire from DCP whilst performing Nav learn to power the unit.

Once the Navigation box has turned on a Nav learn will need to be completed, this
calibrates the Navigation box for it to learn its position and the number of floors
available in the installation. To initiate Nav learn quickly turn on Dip Switch 3.
6.
The Navigation box will flash red for sensor initialization and then it will begin the
Nav learn process
7.
With the elevator on the bottom floor and the Navigation box on the floor of the
elevator cabin, the LED of the Navigation box will indicate it is ready to begin Nav
learn process by flashing orange.
