Claiming under warranty
If you wish to make a claim under warranty, please visit or contact your local dealer
or aëdle customer service at support@aedle.net. Please supply as much information
as you can.
In the case you submit your request to the aëdle customer service, a member of the
aëdle team will contact you in the shortest time and discuss your issue further. You
will need to provide evidence of purchase such as order reference number or proof
of purchase.
Shipping to aëdle
You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any loss or damage to the
product before they reach aëdle workshop. We recommend that you use a shipping
method that allows you to track your package with a tracking reference.
Please ensure to pack the product appropriately to ensure it is not damaged during
the shipment. Once the product is received we will examine it and, if applicable,
dispatch the repaired or replaced product within 5 working days. However, this time-
frame is strictly indicative and shall not give right to any compensation for exceeding.
Refunds
aëdle will only provide refunds to customers that have purchased product directly
from aëdle website at www.aedle.net within 30 days from the date of purchase. Cus-
tomers that purchased product from aëdle distributor/ retailer seeking a refund will
have to request reimbursement from the original distributor/retailer.
