Transport and storage

Permissible ambient temperature range during transport and storage:
• Cartridge not filled with water (state of delivery): -10°C / 14°F up to +40°C / 104°F.
• Cartridge filled with water: +3°C / 37.4°F up to +40°C / 104°F. Recommended storage temperature:
max. 10°C / 50°F.
The cartridge must not freeze since it was filled with water the first time.
Danger of frost.
Damage to the cartridge.
∅ Do NOT expose the cartridge to temperatures below +3°C / 37.4°F.
Permissible ambient humidity: 70 % r.H. max., non-condensing
Intermediate storage in a closed and dry room.

Installation and ambient conditions

Set up the cartridge upright on an even surface. The connected cartridge is a pressurized device. Secure
against tipping over. The content may irritate eyes and skin.
Opening by force or damage to the cartridge.
Risk of injury.
Irritation of skin and eyes.
Damage to the cartridge and its environment.
∅ Do NOT open.
∅ Prevent from tipping over.
Permissible ambient temperature range during operation: +3°C / 37.4°F up to +40°C / 104°F (climatic
chamber: +18°C / 64.4°F to +32°C / 89,6°F.)
• Permissible ambient humidity: 70 % r.H. max., non-condensing.
• Installation height: max. 2000 m above sea level.
To avoid any possibility of water damage, ensure that there is a floor drain in the vicinity of where the
instrument is located!
To completely isolate the unit from the mains supply, you must disconnect the mains plug. Install the unit
in a way that the mains unit is easily accessible and can be easily disconnected in case of danger.
The unit must not be installed and operated in potentially explosive areas.
Explosion hazard.

∅ Do NOT operate the unit in potentially explosive areas.
KEEP explosive dust or air-solvent mixtures AWAY from the vicinity of the unit.
