DESCRIPTION D'UTILISATION
La plaque adaptatrice ROHO AGILITY pour appuie-tête (Adaptateur pour appuie-tête) est un accessoire optionnel destiné à être utilisé avec les
systèmes de dossiers ROHO AGILITY (AGILITY) pour fixer des appuie-têtes pour fauteuils roulants présentement disponibles sur le marché.
ROHO, inc. recommande qu'un clinicien tel qu'un médecin ou un thérapeute possédant de l'expérience dans la façon de s'asseoir et de se position-
ner soit consulté afin de déterminer si le Adaptateur pour appuie-tête est approprié pour les besoins particuliers de l'utilisateur en matière d'assise.
INFORMATION DE SÉCURITÉ
• NE PAS installer un adaptateur pour appuie-tête sur une AGILITY sans avoir au préalable lu et compris ce supplément. Si une quel-
conque assistance est requise, contactez un clinicien, un fournisseur de produits ROHO, ou ROHO, inc.
• Ne pas fixer, retirer ou ajuster l'adaptateur pour appuie-tête lorsqu'un utilisateur prend place dans le fauteuil roulant.
• Vérifier l'adaptateur pour appuie-tête tous les jours pour voir s'il y a des signes d'usure, s'il est brisé, ou s'il est installé solidement.
Resserrer les boulons qui peuvent avoir desserré suivant les instructions fournies dans le manuel d'utilisation. NE PAS continuer à
utiliser l'adaptateur pour appuie-tête si l'un des composants ne peut être de manière solide ou qu'il est brisé.
PRUDENCE: Lorsque cela est possible, l'utilisateur qui prend place dans le fauteuil roulant équipé d'un AGILITY devrait transférer dans un siège
de véhicule installé par le fabricant et utiliser le système de retenue pour occupants qui a été soumis à des tests de résistance aux collisions.
AGILITY équipé de ferronnerie de fixation à déclenchement instantané et d'un adaptateur pour appuie-tête a été testé de manière dynamique
pour une utilisation dans un véhicule automobile par un tiers centre d'essai. L'essai a été effectué conformément à la norme RESNA WC-4:
2012, Section 20 : Systèmes d'assise pour fauteuil roulant destiné à une utilisation dans des véhicules automobiles, avec comme conclu-
sion que l'AGILITY équipé d'un adaptateur pour appuie-tête remplit tous les critères de performance applicables à des supports dorsaux pour
fauteuil roulant comme indiqué dans la Section 5.1 de la norme WC20.
AVERTISSEMENT : AGILITY équipé d'un adaptateur pour appuie-tête doit être correctement et solidement installé sur le fauteuil
roulant suivant toutes les instructions et en tenant compte des avertissements figurant dans le présent supplément et dans le manuel
d'utilisation pour systèmes de dossiers AGILITY.

DESCRIPTION OF USE
The ROHO AGILITY Headrest Adapter Plate (Headrest Adapter) is an optional accessory intended to be used with ROHO AGILITY Back Systems
(AGILITY) to attach commercially-available wheelchair headrests.
ROHO, Inc. recommends that a clinician, such as a doctor or therapist experienced in seating and positioning, be consulted to determine if
the AGILITY Max Contour is appropriate for the individual's particular seating needs.
INFORMATION FOR SAFETY
WARNINGS
DO NOT install a Headrest Adapter on an AGILITY without first reading and understanding this supplement. If assistance is needed,
contact a clinician, ROHO provider or ROHO, Inc.
DO NOT attach, remove or adjust the Headrest Adapter when an individual is seated in the chair.
Check the Headrest Adapter for wear, breakage and tightness daily. Retighten loose bolts following the instructions included. DO NOT
continue to use the Headrest Adapter if any of the components cannot be tightened or are broken.
MOTOR VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION
CAUTION: Whenever possible, the individual in the wheelchair with an AGILITY should transfer into a manufacturer-installed vehicle
seat and use the vehicle's crash-tested occupant restraint system.
AGILITY with Quick Release Attachment Hardware and Headrest Adapter has been dynamically tested for use in a motor vehicle by a third-
party testing facility. Testing was conducted in accordance with standard RESNA WC-4:2012, Section 20: Wheelchair Seating Systems for
Use in Motor Vehicles and concluded that AGILITY with the Headrest Adapter meets all applicable performance criteria for wheelchair back
supports in 5.1 of WC20.
WARNING: AGILITY with a Headrest Adapter must be correctly and securely installed on the wheelchair following all instructions and
warnings provided in this supplement and in the AGILITY Back Systems Operation Manual.
