Le manufacturier ne sera responsable d'aucun dommage accessoire ou
indirect résultant de l'installation inadéquate et de l'usage ou de
l'incapacité d'utiliser l'appareil.
Le manufacturier n'accorde aucune autre garantie de quelque nature que
ce soit. Aucun distributeur ou revendeur n'est autorisé à modifier les
conditions de la présente garantie. La responsabilité de toute garantie
supplémentaire offerte par un distributeur ou un revendeur incombe
entièrement à ce dernier.
La garantie de service, reste en vigueur aussi longtemps que la
thermopompe de piscine demeure à l'adresse originale du propriétaire
et qu'elle soit installée selon les normes et recommandations indiquées
dans le manuel du propriétaire ou jusqu'à l'expiration de la garantie.
Cette garantie s'applique à l'acheteur original et est transférable à ses
successeurs seulement si la thermopompe demeure au site original de
l'installation.
NOTE:
Le présent accord est transférable à un prochain
propriétaire de la même adresse en envoyant une requête
écrite à TDM INTERNATIONAL accompagnée d'un
chèque ou mandat poste de 70$ couvrant les frais de
transfert et d'administration.

LES DOMMAGES OU LE MAUVAIS
FONCIONNEMENT CAUSÉS PAR:
a) L'utilisation abusive ou l'entretien inadéquat de la thermopompe
non conforme aux instructions du manuel du propriétaire, aux codes
du bâtiment provinciaux ou des règlements municipaux;
b) Une installation inadéquate de la thermopompe ou par une
installation effectuée par des personnes non-agréées par la
compagnie;
c) L'abus, la négligence, un accident ou un cas de force majeure
incluant notamment les inondations, la foudre, les séismes, les
tornades, la grêle et tout autre événement imprévisible et
irrésistible, appelé « Acte de Dieu »;
d) Le gel, l'érosion de la tuyauterie ou des composantes internes de la
thermopompe en raison notamment d'une mauvaise hibernation, de
la piètre qualité de l'eau, de l'infiltration de sable ou autres
substances abrasives dans le système interne de l'appareil;
e) Une corrosion prématurée du tube caloporteur en titane due à une
mauvaise utilisation des produits chimiques dans la piscine (ex :
taux de PH, chlore ou salinité supérieurs ou inférieurs à la norme);

Les modifications, transformations, réparations et remplacement de
pièces effectués par des personnes non-agréées par la compagnie.
The manufacturer will not be liable for accessory or indirect damage
resulting from improper installation and from the use of or the inability

The manufacturer offers no other warranty of any nature whatsoever. No
distributor or dealer is authorized to modify the terms and conditions of
this warranty. Coverage under any additional warranty provided by a
distributor or dealer is the sole responsibility of that distributor or dealer.
The Service Warranty continues in effect insofar as the product remains
at the owner's original address and was installed according to the
standards and recommendations in the Owner's Manual, or until the
expiry of this warranty.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is transferable to
successors only if the heat pump remains at the original installation site.
NOTE: This agreement may be transferred to a second owner at the
