The laser device HERMES 2 is especially suitable for applications on stage and in night club. It create a red & green laser beam which display
drawings either to the rhythm of the music (an integrated microphone ) or either in DMX mode ( controled by a DMX keyboard ).
DESCRIPTION :
1. LASER OUTPUT
This hole is the laser output. Please, don't obstruct this hole or the drawing will not be displayed.
2. CONTROL PANEL
This panel is composed of a display and three buttons (ADDR -, ADDR+ and MENU). It permits you to select the operating mode of the
HERMES 2 (either in music mode, either in DMX mode)
MODE :
- The music mode allows the HERMES 2 to execute a internal sequence that it will execute according to the rhythm of music
The DMX mode permits to control one or several HERMES 2 at the same time from only one DMX keyboard

OPERATING MODE SELECTION :
Push on the MENU button until are displayed C 1. Then, use the ADDR+ an ADDR- buttons to choose the operating mode.

- When AUTO is displayed, it means that you are in music mode ( the device will display logos according to the rhythm of music )
If the display indicates 512 with a flashing point, it means that you are in DMX mode ( the device is controled by a DMX keyboard )

In DMX mode, you can change the DMX address of the HERMES2. To do it, when C 1 is displayed (with the flashing point ), use the

ADDR- & ADDR+ buttons for increase or decrease addresses DMX
Once the DMX address selected, you must wait for some seconds (perhaps one minute) that shows A X ( X is the selected adress ). It

means that the DMX address is saved in memory. The device will keep this DMX address then even though you switch the
HERMES 2 off.
3. SUPPORT OF INSTALATION
Use to fix the device on a stand for light radiating units or horizontal bar
4. AC SOCKET + FUSE
Plug the AC power cord into any standard AC outlet. Before plugging this cord in, be sure the voltage of AC outlet is correct.
To protect your device from different kinds of ac problems. If the device is "on" and nothing lights, please verify fuse compartment. If fuse is
broken, please read it and change with a new one of same size and values
