12. Troubleshooting
Problem
The machine does not heat
up.
The machine does not pour
beverage.
The HOT beverage is COLD
Is not possible to close the
lever
The machine is making too
much noise
The capsule falls from its
compartment
During cleaning /
decalcification water doesn't
come out of the coffee
dispensing nozzle
TROUBLESHOOTING
Causes
1- The plug is not connected
to the socket.
2- The machine is not
switched on.
3- The capsule is stuck or
positioned incorrectly.
4- A capsule may have fallen
in to the machine.
5- There is no water in the
tank.
6- The pipes are blocked
with scale.
7- The water in the tank is
around 0° C .
8- The cup is cold.
9- The machine is partially
cloged by scale.
10- The capsule is stuck or
positioned incorrectly.
11- The used capsule
container is full.
12- There is no water in the
tank.
13- The lever is not
completely raised.
14- the enclosed empty
cleaning capsule is not
placed inside the machine.

Solution
1- Connect the machine to
the socket.
2- Use the User Interface for
machine to switch on.
3- Unplug the machine from
the power and wait for it to
cool down; open the lever
and remove the capsule
manually. Never use fingers.
4- Check the capsule
compartment.
5- Fill the tank with water.
6- Perform decalcification
7- Use room temperature
water.
8- preheat the cup with the
rinsing button.
9- Perform decalcification
10- Unplug the machine from
the power and wait for it to
cool down; open the lever
and remove the capsule
manually. Never use fingers.
11- Empty the container.
12- Fill the tank with water.
13- Completely close the
lever and open it again.
14- Place the enclosed
empty cleaning capsule in
the machine.
