These repair instructions are intended for specialists .
This document serves as reference material for the proper maintenance, service and repair of
the Rotor Blender Gastronom GK900 and GK600.
The repair instructions are constantly being updated with new information. With each rel-
evant change to the document, the date is changed and an index entry is added.
A blank column for notes has been provided on most pages.
Space for notes is also available at the end of the document.

Year of manufacture:
A six digit appliance number is printed on the rating plate
located on the bottom plate of the machine.
The first two digits indicate the year of manufacture for
that machine.
