This appliance should not be used, cleaned or maintained by children. Keep out of the reach of
children, particularly during use and whilst cooling.
•
Do not use near or over water contained in bathtubs, basins, or other vessels and do not let any part
of the straightener contacting water or any other fluid. Do not use with wet hands.
•
Never reach for any appliance that has fallen into water. Switch off the mains power supply
immediately and unplug the device. Do not re-use until the product has been inspected and approved
by a qualified electrician.
•
Do not place the appliance on any heat sensitive surface whilst in operation and do not cover it (e.g.
with clothing or towels).
•
Never leave the appliance unattended when connected to the mains supply. To disconnect, first
ensure that the switch is in the off position, then pull the plug.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
For best results, wash, comb and dry hair until just slightly damp before use. However, the hair straightener
may be used for touch-ups on dry hair at any time.

Press and hold the On/ Off switch for approximately 2 seconds to switch on the appliance, then
select the appropriate temperature for your hair type.

We recommend you to set the temperature between 170°C and 190°C for fragile, thin or dyed hair,
choose a range between 180°C and 200°C for regular hair and set the temperature up to 230°C for
dense, thick or curly hair. The temperature can be adjusted in steps of 5°C by pressing (+), increase
temperature or (-), decrease temperature. Default temperature is 180°C.

Divide hair into manageable sections and clip the upper layers on top of your head and out of the
way. Straighten the underneath layers first and carry on with the styling, until you achieved the
desired result.
4.
After styling, slide the On/ Off switch to turn the appliance off, unplug it and allow to cool down
before cleaning or storage.
NOTE: The LCD display can be switched between degrees Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) by pressing
(+) and (-) simultaneously.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
1.
Unplug the appliance and allow to cool down before cleaning.
2.
If required, use a damp cloth only to clean the housing of the brush.
3.
Do not use any harsh detergents or cleaners and never immerse the hair straightening brush into
water.
4.
Dry thoroughly before use or storage.
