15.12 "Convection" mode

In this operating mode, the hot air in the cooking chamber circulates in order to warm and
brown the food quickly and to cook it so it is crispy. This oven can be set to ten different
cooking temperatures. The maximum cooking time is 95 minutes.
15.12.1
1) Press CONVECTION once, "150" will flash on the display.
2) Press CONVECTION repeatedly or press
select the desired temperature between 150° and 240°.
3) Press START to confirm the temperature.
4) Press START again and the appliance will start preheating. When the
preheating temperature has been reached the buzzer will sound twice
request that you now place the food to be cooked into the oven. The
preheating temperature will flash in the display. Place the food in the
oven and close the door.
5) Press
of 95 minutes and confirm by pressing START.
6) When the end of the cooking time has been reached the system will
sound five signal tones.
► You can only entr the cooking time when the preheating temperature has been reached.
You must open the door once so the cooking time canbe entered. If the cooking time is
not entered within 5 mminutes after the dual buzzing the appliance will switch to
standby mode.
► You can check the convection temperature during the cooking process by pressing the
button CONVECTION.
