9. SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS

The chain must be lubricated before the first use and then at least every month or after 50 hours of
operation. Under extreme conditions (eg. dusty enviroment) those intervals need to be shortened
accordingly.
Before lubricating the chain must be cleaned propperly (steam degreasing, alkaline degreasing,
etc.). Do not use any cleaing methods that could damage the chain.
When lubricating the chain must be slack and under no load so that the lubricant/grease can enter
the contact points between the chain links. The entire length of the chain must be lubricated.
The hook must be inspected on a regular basis for wear. Replace if more than 10% of the hook is
scraped away.
Use original replacement parts only!

11. DISPOSAL

Our products are packed in order to prevent damage during transport. Packing materi-
als are valuable resurces and therefore can and should be recycled. The product itself
consists of various materials (metals, oils, plastic, etc.) and should be disposed with
care and in accordance with your federal and local disposal regulations.
