6. TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Using a multimeter, always first check the voltage between the terminals:
Between terminals ...
b and a
b and P
M and P
B and V1 or V2
2. If the problem with the unit is not solved, then go through the following list of possible problems:
Problem
The image on the internal video unit is not horizontal. The camera direction has not been correctly
The image on the internal video unit is unclear.
No image appears on the internal video unit. The
other functions are working properly.

The following voltage must be present
± 24 Vdc
± 24 Vdc
± 24 Vdc
± 5 Vdc
Cause
adjusted.
The wires on terminals V1 and V2 have been
reversed.
Incorrect cable:
The cable distance is too big
• The cable is eroded;
The cable cross-section is too small
It is not a twisted cable.
The gain on the splitters is not set correctly.
There is too much backlight.
The wiring is not correct:
Terminal M or P is not connected.
Terminal V1 or V2 is not connected.
Solution
Rotate the camera until the image is horizontal.
Connect the wires correctly to terminals V1 and V2.
Replace the current cable with a suitable cable.
Adjust the gain on the splitters with the
potentiometers.
Adjust the camera settings (in the menu).
Check the wiring against the wiring diagram.
