5 Electrical connection

Before connecting the heater to the mains, make sure to check the following:
Does the mains voltage conform to the rated voltage of the appliance?
Are the power socket and the public power supply sufficiently secured?
In case of using a cable spool, is it completely unwound?
Is the appliance plug suitable for the socket of the building?
Is the earthing of the socket you use alright?

6 Maintenance and Care

Caution! General safety precautions must be observed when maintaining and servicing the
appliance. To ensure trouble-free operation of the heater, it should be cleaned on a regular
basis, as major accumulations of dust may lead to overheating the appliance. The following
procedure is recommended:
Storage
Make sure the heater has completely cooled down before moving it, covering it or putting it
away.
During spring and summer, the heater can be kept outside under a dust cover or a tarpaulin
sheet.
In extreme weather conditions, frost or storm it is recommended to store the heater inside or
in a sheltered place.
Before using the heater, make sure it is dry and wipe away any moisture that may be present.
Maintenance
1. Turn off the heater.
2. Then unplug the power cord from the socket.
3. Wipe the casing with a damp cloth. Do not use benzene, solvents or any abrasive agents that
could damage the plastic surface when cleaning the plastic components.
4. Plug the power cord into the socket.
5. Turn on the appliance.
