Once plaster has set,
pull out magnetic part
with knurled handle
with a twisting move-
ment. Open mounting
articulator. Remove
maxilla from impres-
sions. Remove trans-
fertable from the
mounting articulator.
Mounting the
mandibular model:
Mounting articulator is
upside down. The
max-illary model is
already mounted over
the face-bow registra-
tion. Place the man-
dibular model via the
teeth in centric occlu-
sion and secure on the
counter plate with
plaster. Observe the
same criteria as when
inserting the maxillary
model: distance from
bottom part, quantity
of plaster etc.

Mix plaster to a creamy
consistency, moisten
the set mounting plas-
ter, apply plaster to
counter plate and
mounting plaster. Close
top part.
notes
Models are always placed in the articulator with
the centric closed or in the mounting articulator
(axis of rotation). Incisal tables are generally
used without clip attachments. Always mix mount-
ing plaster to a creamy consistency so that the
top part can be closed „without resistance".
Knock to relieve stress in plaster, never press or
squeeze.
