You can modify the interfaces that available on your watch.

You can change your daily goals (Steps and sleep)
SETTING THE CARDIAC FREQUENCY
You can change the parameters of the cardiac frequency calculation.
CLEAR DATA
Press "Clear Data" will delete all previous saved data.
RESTORE
Press "Restore", your watch will return to original settings, it will be like new.
