MULTI SPORTS
Stay on the "Training" interface to select the desired sport. You can choose
different sports:

Bike
-
Race
-
Swimming
-
Badminton
-
Hiking
Press and hold the desired icon to begin the exercise. Press and hold to stop the
exercise in progress (select "Yes" to exit the interface).

BLOOD PRESSURE

To start calculating the blood pressure, stay on the corresponding interface for 2
seconds. The calculation starts automatically. Keep touching the touch button to
stop the analysis.
BLOOD OXYGEN
To start calculating the blood oxygen, stay on the corresponding interface for 2
seconds. The calculation starts automatically. Keep touching the touch button to
stop the analysis.
SLEEP ANALYSIS
This interface allows you to view previous sleep data.
STOPWATCH
Keep touching the touch button to enter the
interface, press once to start the timer, press twice to
pause. Press and hold to exit the interface.
