12. Never carry the appliance by the cable!
13. Before using the appliance for the first time, make sure it has been installed safely.
14. The appliance may only be used indoors. Only intended for aquatic purposes.
15. Do not use the appliance if the cable, power plug or housing is damaged!
16. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its customer service or a similarly qualified
person in order to prevent hazards.
17. CAUTION – Before performing maintenance work, switch off all the appliances in the aquarium or pond or disconnect
the power plug. Working on the open device may only be carried out by the manufacturer, its customer service or simi-
larly qualified persons.
18. WARNING: Unplug or switch off all electrical appliances in the aquarium or pond before carrying out maintenance.
19. Avoid electric shock by NEVER immersing the appliance, mains plug or mains cable in water or any other liquid.
20. Keep these instructions in a safe place!
Proper disposal of this product

carded devices contain valuable recyclable materials that should be recycled and kept from damaging the environment
or human health by uncontrolled garbage disposal. Therefore, please dispose of discarded appliances through the appro-
priate collection systems or send the appliance to the place where you purchased it for disposal. They will make sure it is
recycled properly.
