9 Plug the power cord into an outlet.
If an extension cord is used: take all necessary precautions
to prevent anyone tripping over an extension cord.
If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
The power supply cord should be regularly examined for
signs of damage, and if the cord is damaged, the
appliance must not be used.
On first use, there may be a slight odor and a little smoke
during the first few minutes. In these cases, open the
windows and wait until there is no more smoke or odor.
This appliance is not intended to be operated by means
of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
10 The red light will light up, it will remain lit to show that the
grill is plugged into a power source.
The green light will light up when the grill temperature is
reached. It means it is ready to cook. You can place food
on the grill.
