Troubleshooting
The Touch Pen cannot be registered to the PC.
● Is the distance within 80 cm from the PC?
● If the registration is not complete within 2 minutes, the power is turned off
automatically. In this case, perform the registration operation again. ( page 11)
The display does not illuminate although the Touch Pen is held.
● The battery may be exhausted. Recharge the battery. ( page 11)
● Is the pen set to [Power-Off mode]? Setting the pen to [Power-Off mode] again
( page 13) or connecting the charging cable will cancel [Power-Off mode]
( page 11).
