    Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Freude beim Gebrauch. 1.1 Informationen zu dieser Anleitung Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil des SV 1200 Smart (nachfolgend als Gerät bezeichnet) und gibt Ihnen wichtige Hinweise für die Inbetriebnahme, die Sicherheit, den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch und die Pflege des Gerätes.

    ► Beachten Sie die Markierungen für den minimalen und maximalen Wasserstand. Das Gerät könnte ansonsten beschädigt werden. ► Bewegen Sie während Betrieb nicht den Kochbehälter. ► Entfernen Sie das Gerät während Betrieb nicht aus dem Kochbehälter. ► Das Gerät muss mindestens einen Abstand von 1 cm zum Kochbehälterboden haben, damit die Wasserzirkulation nicht blockiert wird.

    ► Fassen Sie das Gerät im erhitzten Zustand ausschließlich am Bedienelement an. ► Das erhitzte Gerät, sowie der erhitzte Kochbehälter, das erhitzte Wasser und Wasserdampf können zu Verbrennungen führen. Gehen Sie vorsichtig damit um. Verwenden Sie Topflappen oder Topfhandschuhe, wenn Sie den Kochbehälter bewegen wollen.

    Gewicht des Kochbehälters mit Gerät und Wasserfüllung und des erwartungsgemäß schwersten Garguts ausgelegt sein. • Bewegen Sie den SV 1200 Smart sowie den Kochbehälter nicht, während er in Betrieb ist. • Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in einer heißen, nassen oder sehr feuchten Umgebung oder in der Nähe von brennbarem Material auf.

Nehmen Sie den SousVide Stick mit dem Heizelement nach oben gerichtet in die Hand und öffnen Sie die Klemme.

    4. Drücken Sie die Taste , um die Zeit einzustellen, der Timer blinkt. Stellen Sie mit die gewünschten Stunden ein, bestätigen Sie über und stellen Sie dann mit die gewünschten Minuten ein. Bestätigen Sie die Einstellung mit und das Gerät startet den Aufheizvorgang. 5.

    9.2 Wartung und Reinigung: Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen, bevor Sie es reinigen. Entnehmen Sie das Gerät aus dem Kochbehälter und trocken Sie es sorgfältig mit einem weichen Tuch ab. Lassen Sie es anschließend zum weiteren Trocknen auf einem weichen Tuch liegen, damit das Heizelement auch von innen trocknen kann.
