The guarantee shall become null and void in the event of non­observance of the instructions for use and lack of
maintenance (regular replacement of wear parts).
In the event of a guarantee claim, please only contact Tetra at the address in your country specified in this manual.
Further claims are excluded from the guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2 year guarantee
Tetra guarantees that your TetraPond filter will be repaired or replaced free of charge for two years from the
date of purchase if it fails to work because of faulty materials or workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any deterioration suffered through overloading,
improper use, negligence or accident. Similarly any modifications made by the purchaser to the appliance will
cause the guarantee to be null and void. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and return the enclosed
guarantee card within 14 days in order to validate your guarantee.
