WHAT TO DO IF
PROBLEMS ARISE? \\\
If you have problems with your Vacumate One Pro,
please follow this simple checklist first:
I. Check whether the battery is fully charged
II. Check whether the battery is correctly inserted
III. In case of loss of vacuum power or no vacuum power
1. Empty the dust container and clean the filter.
2. Remove the respective cleaning attachment and check whether the
brush or the suction hose is clogged. Check whether the dust container
is correctly inserted.
The roller brush / bristle brush no longer rotates
This cordless vacuum cleaner is equipped with an automatic switch-off
function. As soon as the motorised brush becomes clogged with lint, fibres
or hair, the device switches itself off automatically and three LEDs flash
simultaneously on the LED display.
1. Make sure the appliance is disconnected from the charger and do not press
the ON button before looking for blockages.
