HOW TO USE THE FM SYNTHESIZER-TUNER
Explanation of pushbuttons
Stop/Start (when using the remote control, the tuner can only be turned on by
pushing one of the tuner keys.)
PRESET ( ↑ ↓ )
Choose the preselection immediately preceeding or following. You can also
continue pressing the key.
SEEK ( ↑ ↓ )
Find the station immediately preceeding or following. You can adjust the stop
sensitivity using the potentiometer on the rear panel.
Continuous pressure on these buttons allows you to move faster towards a
given frequency (option not available on the remote control).
NOTE: the remote control sweeps the frequency zone from bottom to top only.
ANTENNA
To select a connected antenna (cable C or antenna Y).
Your choice is displayed beside the frequency indication.
AUTO
To select automatic recognition of stereo or always mono. This can be useful in
the presence of poor stereo reception (the MONO indication lights up in this
case).
FREQUENCY
Indicates the frequency of the station (as long as you continue to press the
button), if a preselection has been chosen.
STORE
MEM
Activates the station memory function (preselection).
NOTE: If you use a remote control, first press the red button, after which the
station will be memorized in the preselection O. You can later move this
preselection to the desired number using the buttons on the front panel.
CHAR ( ↑ ↓ → )
Selects the character to be memorized and move to the next character (the
preselection is stored after introducting the last character).
