Wash the heating tray, steaming tray, poaching trays, warming tray, and the lid in
warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The steaming tray, poaching tray,
warming tray and lid can be washed in the dishwasher, top rack only. Wipe down
the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
