Input power to this product must be provided with one of the following:
(1) an NRTL certified power source with a Class 2 output for use in North
America, or (2) an NRTL certified power source whose output is a
certified limited power source (LPS) for use in North America, or (3) a
certified power source, with a Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) output
having a maximum of 240 VA available, for use in the country of
installation.

In addition, since the equipment is to be used with telecommunications
circuits, take the following precautions:

Never install telephone wiring during a lightning storm.

Never install telephone jacks in wet locations unless the jack is
specifically designed for wet locations.

Never touch uninsulated telephone wires or terminals unless the
telephone line has been disconnected at the network interface.

Use caution when installing or modifying telephone lines.
