Logout of the CLI.
EtherXtend> logout
Now the system is ready to use the Ethernet port for configuration.
Configure the Ethernet port
1 Set a static IP address on your PC that is on the same subnet as the
EtherXtend device. For example, 192.168.3.100 would be an appropriate
address, if you configured the 192.168.3.1 address as shown above.
2 You can now manage the device using HTTP.
Open a browser and enter http://192.168.3.1 This will bring up the web
interface on the EtherXtend device. Log in with the default user ID and
password. The default user name is admin, the default password is zhone.
By default, VLAN 7 is configured for in-band management. It has a default IP
address of 192.168.2.1. This can be changed through either the CLI interface
or the EtherXtend HTTP interface.
