- Do not use petrol, solvents or
other flammable liquids as
cleaning products.
- Instead, always use authorized
commercially available non-in-
flammable and non-toxic sol-
vents.
- Do not use compressed air to
clean parts. If this is the only
solution, always wear safety
goggles with side guards and
limit pressure to 1.9 bar.
- Whenever you are servicing or
checking a machine, do not use
any naked flame to provide light.
- Do not lubricate the machine
when it is moving.
- If there is an accident in which
a person is electrocuted, de-
tach the person from the con-
ductor immediately because
surely he will have fainted.
- This operation, however, is very
dangerous because the person
electrocuted acts as a conduc-
tor: to touch him means being
electrocuted in turn.
- Therefore, first switch off the
electric supply to the machine.
- If this is not possible, move the
victim away using insulating ma-
terial such as wood, PVC, leath-
er or even pieces of cloth.
- Call the first aid staff immedi-
ately and provide for the victim
to be immediately taken to the
nearest hospital.

- Benzin, Lösungsmittel oder an-
dere entzündbare Flüssigkeiten

wenden.
- Dagegen handelsübliche, käuf-
liche, ungiftige und nicht ent-
zündbare Lösungsmittel ver-
wenden.
- Zum Reinigen von Maschinen-
teilen keine Druck luft verwen-
den. Falls dies unumgänglich
ist, Schutzbrille mit seitlichem
Augenschutz verwenden und
den Druck auf einen Höchst-
wert von 1.9 bar beschränken.
- Bei Wartungsarbeiten oder In-
spektionen kein offenes Feuer
zum Ausleuchten verwenden.
- Die Maschine nicht schmieren,
wenn sie läuft.
- Bei einem Unfall mit elektri-
schem Schlag den Verunglück-
ten sofort vom Stromleiter tren-
nen, weil er fast immer das Be-
wußtsein verliert.
- Dies ist allerdings sehr gefähr-
lich, weil der Verunglückte auch
stromleitend ist. Wenn man ihn
anfaßt, bekommt man selbst
einen Schlag.
- Daher zuerst die Stromversor-
gung zur Maschine unterbre-
chen.
- Ist dies nicht möglich, den Ver-
unglückten unter Verwendung
von isolierenden Materialien aus
Holz, PVC, Leder oder Stoff
vom Stromleiter trennen.
- Sofort einen Arzt verständigen
und den Patienten ins nächste
Krankenhaus bringen lassen.
- N'utilisez jamais de l'essence,
des solvants ou d'autres liqui-
des inflammables comme dé-
tergents.
- Utilisez de préférence des sol-
vants achetés dans le commer-
ce, ininflammables et non toxi-
ques.
- N'utilisez pas l'air comprimé
pour nettoyer les pièces. Si cela
est vraiment nécessaire met-
tez des lunettes à protections
latérales et limitez la pression à
un maximum de 1.9 bar.
- N'utilisez jamais des flammes
libres comme moyen d'éclaira-
ge lors des opérations de con-
trôle et d'entretien.
- Ne lubrifiez pas la machine
quand elle est marche.
- En cas d'accident provoqué par
le courant électrique éloignez
immédiatement le blessé du
conducteur, car habituellement
il a perdu connaissance.
- Cette opération est dangereu-
se. Le blessé est dans ce cas le
conducteur: le toucher signifie
être électrocutés.
- Il faut donc couper l'alimenta-
tion électrique à la machine di-
rectement du disjoncteur de li-
gne.
- Si cela n'est pas possible, éloi-
gnez la victime avec des maté-
riaux isolants (bâtons en bois
ou pvc, tissu, cuir).
- Faites intervenir promptement
le personnel médical et hospi-
talisez le patient.

- Non utilizzare benzina, solventi
o altri liquidi infiammabili come
detergenti.
- Al contrario ricorrere ai solventi
commerciali autorizzati non in-
fiammabili e non tossici.
- Non impiegare l'aria compres-
sa per la pulizia dei particolari.
In caso di reale necessità, pro-
teggersi con occhiali dotati di
ripari laterali e limitare la pres-
sione ad un massimo di 1.9 bar.
- Quando si procede ad opera-
zioni di manutenzione o di veri-
fica, non servirsi di fiamme libe-
re come mezzo di illuminazio-
ne.
- Non lubrificare la macchina
quando è in movimento.
- In caso di incidente dovuto a
folgorazioni provvedere imme-
diatamente a staccare l'infortu-
nato dal conduttore, poiché si-
curamente ha perso i sensi.
- Questa operazione è molto pe-
ricolosa, poiché anche l'infortu-
nato è un conduttore: toccarlo
significa rimanere folgorati.
- Staccare quindi l'alimentazio-
ne elettrica dalla macchina,
aprendo i relativi interruttori.
- Se ciò non è possibile, allonta-
nare la vittima utilizzando ma-
teriali isolanti come bastoni di
legno, di PVC, di cuoio o con
pezzi di stoffa.
- Far intervenire immediatamen-
te personale medico e ricove-
rare il paziente in ambiente
ospedaliero.
