Control panel

1. Menu display. (img A.)
2. Temperature status. (img D.)
a. Note: When blinking the fryer is warming up. When showing continuously the fryer is on
temperature.
3. Heater status. (img C.)
a. Note: When visible the fryer is in use and heating.
4. Temperature adjustment (80-200 °C). (img B & E.)
5. Power on/off (press and hold) and pause/resume. (img F.)
6. Time adjustment (1-60min). (img H & J.)
7. Display. (img I.)
8. Select preset. (Img K.)
a. Note: Press to navigate through presets, selected preset will start blinking. Press while
fish preset is selected to select manual, none will be blinking.
