Install the print cartridge
1. Open the print cartridge door.
2. Open the print cartridge package and pull the pink pull-tab
to remove the clear tape.
3. Insert the HP Tri-color print cartridge with the
copper-colored contacts facing the inside of the printer, and
the ink nozzles facing down.
4. Push the print cartridge into the cradle until it snaps into
place and close the print cartridge door.

Print an alignment page
Print an alignment page to ensure high print quality.
1. Open the In tray as far as it will go.
2. Load an index card from the sample pack.
3. Adjust the paper-width guide to fit close to the edges of
the index card without bending the card.
4. Press OK.
Print your first photo
1. Load a few sheets of photo paper with the glossy side facing
toward you. If you are using tabbed paper, load the paper
so the tab feeds into the printer last. Adjust the paper-width
guide to fit close to the edges of the paper.
2. Insert a memory card with photos into the correct Memory
Card slot on the printer. The memory card will not insert all
the way into the printer; do not force it.
3. Press OK, then press or , then Zoom + to view photos.
4. Press OK to select a photo, then press Print.

Installez la cartouche d'impression
1. Ouvrez le panneau d'accès à la cartouche d'impression.
2. Ouvrez l'emballage de la cartouche d'impression et tirez
sur la languette rose pour retirer le ruban transparent.
3. Insérez la cartouche trichromique HP, les contacts cuivrés
dirigés vers l'intérieur de l'imprimante et les buses d'encre
dirigées vers le bas.
4. Poussez la cartouche dans le support jusqu'à ce qu'elle
s'enclenche et fermez le panneau d'accès à la cartouche.
Imprimez une page d'alignement
Imprimez une page d'alignement pour assurer une haute
qualité.
1. Ouvrez le bac d'entrée autant que possible.
2. Chargez une fiche bristol du lot d'échantillons.
3. Réglez le guide de largeur du papier pour qu'il s'adapte
aux bords de la fiche bristol sans la plier.
4. Appuyez sur OK.
Imprimez votre première photo
1. Chargez quelques feuilles de papier photo, face brillante
dirigée vers vous. Si vous utilisez du papier muni d'une
languette, chargez-le de façon à ce que la languette entre
en dernier dans l'imprimante. Réglez le guide de largeur du
papier pour qu'il s'adapte aux bords du papier.
2. Dans la fente appropriée de l'imprimante, insérez une carte
mémoire sur laquelle sont enregistrées des photos. Ne forcez
pas (la carte n'entre pas entièrement dans l'imprimante).
3. Appuyez sur OK, puis sur ou . Pour visualiser les
photos, appuyez sur le bouton Zoom avant.
4. Appuyez sur OK pour sélectionner une photo, puis sur
Imprimer.
