Function „Firmware Update"
These functions are used for the firmware update. If the digital recorder has a firm-
ware update available, this is provided under www.conrad.com on the corresponding
product page.
Proceed as follows:
• Take an empty SD-/SDHC memory card and copy the new firmware on your computer
to the ain directory of the memory card. Insert the memory card into the digital recor-
der.
• Have the current firmware version displayed; see function „Version" below.
• Use the buttons „2" and „8" to pick the function „Firmware Update" and then push
„ ".
• Use the buttons „2" and „8" to switch between „Yes" (start firmware update) and
„No" (cancel).
• Confirm the selection with „
• When the firmware update has been performed, have the new firmware version
displayed; see function „Version" below.
• Push the button „MENU/ESC" on the digital recorder or the button „MENU" or „ESC"
on the IR remote control repeatedly to return to the respective previous menu or leave
the OSD menu.
