Cleaning

CAUTION
Before cleaning the condenser, turn power off at the
control panel. Wear gloves to avoid injury from sharp
condenser fins.
The condenser is located behind the kickplate. To access,
remove the kickplate. Use a soft bristle brush and vacuum
to remove dust and lint from the condenser. Clean the con-
denser every six months. Refer to the illustration below.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To avoid damaging condenser fins,
vacuum in the direction of the fins.
CAUTION
Failure to clean the condenser could result in tempera-
ture loss, mechanical failure or damage.

Maintenance
WATE R FILTER R EPLAC EM EN T
The water filter should be replaced every six months, after
a prolonged shutdown or after 8000 ice making cycles.
'REPLACE FILTER' will illuminate on the control panel
indicating the water filter needs to be replaced. The ice
machine bypasses the filter when it is removed, so the water
supply does not need to be turned off.
Replacement Sub-Zero water filters can be ordered online

To replace water filter:
To remove the water filter, rotate one-quarter turn

counterclockwise and the filter will pop out. Refer to the
illustration below.
Reverse the process to install the new filter.

Touch and hold 'CLEAN' for 6 seconds to reset the

indicator.
