OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Unwrap cord from bottom of slicer, and slide into slot. Position slicer on a clean, dry, and stable work surface. Slide the food table back and forth a few times to check for easy movement. Place the Slicing Guard on the back of the sliding food carriage. Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 10 minutes, if you do operate longer allow the appliance to cool for 30 minutes before second operation. -
