1. Gasversorgung unterbrechen.
2. Untere Stiftschrauben einset-
zen.
3. Dichtung einsetzen.
4. DMK einsetzen. Durchflussrich-
tung beachten.
5. Obere Stiftschrauben einset-
zen.
6. Alle Schrauben sachgemäß
anziehen.
7. Anschluß des Stellantriebes:
Anleitung des jeweiligen Her-
stellers beachten!
Klappenstellung überprüfen.
8. Elektrischen Anschluß herstel-
len, Anleitung des jeweiligen
Herstellers beachten!
9. Nach Abschluß der Arbeiten
Dichtheits- und Funktionskon-
trolle durchführen.
Auf vibrationsfreien Ein-
bau achten!
Ensure that the valve is in-
stalled free of vibration!

Assembly DMK 5040 - 5125
1.
Disconnect the gas supply.
2.
Insert the lower gudgeon pins.
3.
Mount the seal.
4.
Mount the DMK. Pay attention to
the flow direction.
5.
Insert the upper gudgeon pins.
6.
Tighten all pins properly.
7. Connecting the actuator:
Refer to manufacturer instruc-
tions.
Check the valve position.
8. Electrical connection:
Refer to manufacturer instruc-
tions.
9. On completion of work, perform
leak and function test.

Montage DMK 5040 - 5125
1. Couper l'alimentation en gaz.
2. Installer les goujons filetés inférieurs.
3. Mettre le joint en place.
4. Monter le DMK. Veiller au sens
du flux.
5. Installer les goujons filetés supé-
rieurs.
6. Serrer correctement toutes les
vis.
7. Montage du servo-moteur:
Respecter les instructions des
fabricants respectifs!
Vérifier la position du papillon.
8. Pour le raccordement électri-
que.
9. Une fois les travaux terminés,
procéder à un contrôle d'étan-
chéité et de fonctionnement.

Montaggio del DMK 5040 - 5125
1. Chiudere l'alimentazione del
gas
2. Mettere le viti prigioniere inferiori
3. Mettere la guarnizione
4. Montare il DMK osservando la
direzione del flusso
5. Mettere le viti prigioniere superiori
6. Serrare in modo appropriato tutte
le viti
7. Collegamento del motorino:
attenersi alle istruzioni del
rispettivo fabbricante!
Controllare la posizione della
farfalla.
8. Effettuare l'allacciamento elettri-
co, attenendosi alle istruzioni
del rispettivo fabbricante!
9. Dopo il montaggio effettuare un
controllo di tenuta e funzionale.
