DESCRIPTION
1) Lamp 2) Reservoir 3) Water refill hole 4) Lamp holder 5) Water
gauge 6) Cover 7) 6 baskets 8) Sprouting cover X6 - to be used for seeding only 9)
Adaptator and inlet port ( input 110-240 V / output 24 V / 50-60 Hz / 38 W )
SETTING IT UP
1) Slot in th sliding lamp holder arm and tighten the plastic bolt by
hand. 2) Screw the washer on the socket as far down as possible. 3) Carefully screw
the lamp on to the socket. Then screw the washer back to secure it in place. 4) Connect
the plugs: the plug for the pump is screwed on and the plug for the lamp is snapped
into place. 5) To mount the pump, place the tube in the centre of the reservoir and fit
the cable into the corresponding notch along the top edge of the reservoir. 6) Then
place the cover on the reservoir, by lining up the indicator arrow with the reservoir's
cable guide. 7) Attach the lamp holder to the cover. 8) Fill the baskets with clay beads
(supplied) then vermiculit (1cm thick, also supplied) and sow your seeds. Vermiculit is
not necessary if you are planting bedding plants. 9) You can use bedding plants with
VITTORIA, but it is absolutely necessary to respect the «no soil» rule! For this, the
substrate has to remain neutral; if you are replanting plants, you must fully wash the
roots to remove all the soil. Then position the roots in the basket and fill it with clay
beads. 10) Reposition your baskets on VITTORIA, place the sprouting covers over your
planted seeds and pour in 6 litres of water through the hole in the machine's cover.
11) You can check the water level on the gauge on the front of VITTORIA. 12) Plug in
VITTORIA. 13) Choose the program. Left button for the plant variety. Right button for
the growth stage. 14) When sowing, position the lamp between 5 and 10 cm above
the covers. 15) The height of the lamp can be adjusted at the bottom (adjust the height
by using the bolt) and using the cable guide above the lamp. Pull the cable to raise the
lamp and press the cable guide to free the restraint. 16) When the shoots are 2 to 3
cm long, remove the covers and raise the level of the lamp. 17) If necessary, remove
duplicate shoots. 18) Check the water level and fill it while the pump is in operation.
19) Add water when the gauge is too low.
• Without soil, after sprouting, your plants will need liquid nutrients added to the wa-
ter. Prepare a shot every 3-4 weeks. • When the plants are growing, keep the LEDs lit;
they have an ideal horticultural spectrum for proper plant growth. • If however you
wish to turn off the light, press «LED ON/OFF». • To turn it back on, press the «LED
ON/OFF» button again. • If you wish to stop the VITTORIA pump, press «ETAPE» until
it turns off. To restart it, press «ETAPE».
SWITCH - PROGRAMMES
VITTORIA is controlled from the dashboard.
12 programmes are available. A- On the left, «TYPE»: select the correct variety of seed
planted: Vegetable, Aromatic, Flowers or Mixed. B- On the right, «ETAPE»: select the
plant's growth stage. Semis = corresponds to the time under the cover. Croissance =
corresponds to the stage in which the first leaves appear. Maturation = corresponds to
the maintenance stage, once the shoots have reached the production phase.
NOTES
• To grow well, plants need sunlight. Our red LEDs compensate for this lack,
but still, some plants need lots of sunlight; for such cases, position your VITTORIA
close to a window, in the sun. Always be sure to provide enough light, water, air and
nutrients. • Reservoir of 6.5 litres. • Liquid fertilizer is available in stores. • VITTORIA's
total consumption: 38 Watts / hour.
The pump is not working or the LEDs will not turn on: Check that the transformer is
properly plugged in to the outlet and VITTORIA. The water is not circulating: A- Check
that the pump is not blocked. B- That the discharge hose is not disconnected. My
seeds are not sprouting: A- Note: Nutrients should not be put in until the seeds have
sprouted. B- Ambient temperature must be at least 19°C in the room.
MAINTENANCE
• Unplug VITTORIA • Remove the 6 baskets with their plants. •
Unscrew the lamp support. • Remove the machine cover. • Discard the water and
clean the different pieces with a clean, wet cloth. DO NOT put it directly under water!
• Be careful never to put water on the transformer connecting socket or the LEDs. •
If the plug or the outlet is wet, DO NOT TOUCH it; cut the mains power supply. Only
then, unplug the device. • Clean the external parts with a wet cloth; avoid strong detergents.

petar la regla del cultivo «sin tierra». En efecto, el sustrato debe permanecer neutro;
