> Remove the pump from the pump centring
plate and the follower plate.
> Take off compressed-air supply.
> Lift flange-mounted three-phase motors with
the pump over the lifting device.
> Release the compressed-air hose of the follower plate from the compressed-air
coupling of the pump centring plate.
> Unlock the locking bolts at the pump centring plate.
> Remove the pump-centring flange from the edge of the drum and put it down.
> Remove the follower plate out of the drum (see picture).
Attention - danger of crushing for feet!


Attention on drums with smooth edges!
On compressed-air impact, the follower plate moves up to the upper edge
of the drum. Collision hazard due to the pump that is jerkily pushed out of
the pump guidance!

Information
The lifting of the pump and the removal of the follower plated out of the
drum is easier with the help of a second person.
Attention!
Medium can continue to flow from the hose after the pump has been
switched off. This medium must be removed in such a way that no hazard
exists for persons or the environment.

The drum is usually lifted when lifting flange-mounted pumps with
lifting device. When separating pump and follower plate the drum falls
back down. There is danger of crushing of the feet.
Try to keep the drum by light pressure on the ground.
Work carefully and keep a safe distance from the drum!
Wear safety shoes!
The pump centring plate is usually lifted when lifting pumps with lifting
device. When separating pump and pump centring plate the pump
centring plate falls back down. There is danger of crushing of the
fingers.
Try to hold the pump centring plate by light pressure.
Work carefully and keep a safe distance from the drum!
Unlock the locking bolts at the pump centring plate before lifting the
follower plate.
Hold the pump with one hand.
