Viscous Fan Clutch Installation For Sprinter

Vehicle Preparation
1. Turn the vehicle ignition off, apply the vehicle's
parking brake, and block the vehicle's wheels.
Use care to protect the radiator from damage during the
replacement of the fan drive.
2. Utilizing the 8mm wrench, remove existing fan drive
currently on your vehicle.
May require removal of shroud and radiator.
3. Remove the fan from the fan drive
4. For best results, check and replace any worn belts.
Check fan for any damage and clean radiator prior
to installation.
