Turn clockwise to loosen. May require tapping with
hammer to loosen.
3. Remove the fan from the fan drive.
4. For best results, check and replace any worn belts.
5. Check fan for any damage and clean radiator prior to
installation.
Installation
1. Attached fan to Horton viscous fan drive using
fasteners included in package. Torque to 18 ft-lbs
(24 Nm). Self-tapping bolts supplied. Holes may not
be fully threaded when new.
2. Using 1-15/16" wrench, install the Horton viscous fan
clutch on the engine.
Left-hand thread, turn counter-clockwise to tighten.
