ADJUSTING THE BEARING PLATE
Depending on the height of the work piece the bearing plate (2)
has to be adjusted. To do so open the clamping lever (1). With a

measuring stick you can set the height of the bearing plate (Thick-
ness of work piece + ca. 2 mm). To make the setting easier we
have placed a scale at the retaining pin of the bearing plate.

ADJUSTING THE EDGE HEIGHT
There is only one setting (holding-down clamp D) for the height of
the edge. Make sure the edge runs freely and there are no obsta-
cles. Insert sample edge between parts (F) and (E). To do so open
adjustment knob C to set the height of the edge (+ 0.5 mm). Take
care that there are no obstacles for the edge in the lower guide
slot. Fasten the adjustment knob.
