Buckwheat Waffles
⁄ cup buckwheat flour

In a large bowl, mix together the buckwheat flour, flour, sugar, baking powder, and
salt. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and butter. Pour the
egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Pour batter onto
waffle baker. Makes 4 cups batter.
Rich Butter Waffles

Try these waffle variations made easy when prepared with a packaged mix.
NOTE: When using packaged pancake and waffle mix, the package directions for
waffles call for 2 cups of the packaged mix and 1
then add oil and eggs. If the following variations call to reduce or increase the liquid, it is
referring to the 1 1 ⁄ cups of milk or water. Each recipe will make 3 to 4 cups of batter.
