1.1.2 Important Notes
• To avoid the possibility of personal injury from the rotating blades, never insert your fi ngers or any foreign
bodies into the air outlet grille.
• Do not scratch or pull the power source cord.
• If you detect any anomalies such as smell of fi re, disconnect the power supply and contact your dealer. After
that, make sure that the unit works properly to avoid fi re or breakage etc.
• If the power cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the dealer or a qualifi ed technician in
order to avoid any hazard.
• Reparations must not be made by the user but only by qualifi ed personnel. If these are not performed prop-
erly, they can result in a risk of fi re or electric shock.
• Unplug from power source before performing any maintenance to the aquarium.
• Do not expose the device to atmospheric agents or to direct heat sources. The device can be used within an
ambient temperature range of 5°C and 38°C (41°F - 100°F). Make sure that the power supply requirements
correspond to those indicated on the label "technical data" affi xed to the device (see related paragraph).
1.2 WARRANTY
The devices manufactured by TECO S.r.l. are covered by warranty by the dealer from whom the product was
purchased, (as forth by the laws) as provided for in the laws of the country in which they are sold. If there is
an equipment malfunction or failure during the validity period, listed in the warranty; the dealer, after checks
on the unit, will repair or replace defective parts. To obtain the recognition of warranty it is necessary to submit
documentation required by the laws of the country where the device is sold and under the dealer's conditions or
conditions provided by the authorized service center TECO.
WARNING: we remind you that modifi cation interventions carried out by the user without written
authorization byTECO Srl, will void the warranty and discharge TECO Srl from any liability for
damages caused by defective products. The same considerations are valid if you use not origi-
nal spare parts or diff erent from those explicitly specifi ed by TECO Srl.
