Before using your accessories
for the first time, read these orig-
inal operating instructions, act in compli-
ance with them, and keep them for later use
or for subsequent owners.
Danger or hazard levels

Safety instructions

– Please read the operating instructions
for the high-pressure cleaner used be-
fore the initial startup.
– Before initial startup it is absolutely nec-
essary to read the safety instructions for
high-pressure cleaners, part no. 5.951-
949.0.
– The accessories must not be modified.
Proper use
The trigger gun is intended for cleaning ma-
chines, vehicles, buildings, tools, facades,
terraces, garden machines etc. in conjunc-
tion with a high-pressure cleaner and origi-
nal Kärcher accessories with EASY!Lock
(quick-fasten thread).
Safety devices serve for the protection of the
user and must not be put out of operation or
bypassed with respect to their function.
The safety catch on the trigger gun pre-
vents the appliance from being switched on
unintentionally.
The safety lever locks the trigger gun when
it is closed and must be actuated each time
it is opened.

Risk of injury! The accessories must be in a

perfect state. If they are not in a perfect
state then the accessories must not be

DANGER

– The pulling lever must not be jammed
during the operation.
– The safety lever must not be jammed
during the operation.
– Hold the hand spray gun and the spray
pipe firmly with both hands.
 Secure the trigger gun with the safety
catch when work is interrupted (long
pauses, removing the nozzles, etc.).
Locking/releasing the trigger gun
 Lock the trigger gun: Push the safety
catch forwards.
 Release the trigger gun: Push the safe-
ty catch backwards.
Opening/closing the trigger gun
 To open the trigger gun: Actuate the
safety lever and trigger.
 To close the hand spray gun: Release
the safety lever and trigger.
